Mindy Market does not meet buyers or sellers for you. Treat every collection like a private sale with a neighbour.

Safe collection

• Meet in a public or well-lit place when you can.
• Tell someone where you are going.
• Inspect the item before you pay.
• Do not share banking credentials, OTPs, or remote-access tools.
• Agree the collection point on WhatsApp. Do not publish unit numbers on the listing.

Prohibited categories

• Weapons, explosives, and illegal drugs.
• Stolen goods.
• Counterfeit branded goods sold as genuine.
• Adult sexual services or pornography.
• Hazardous chemicals or recalled safety equipment.
• Live animals (pilot scope is household goods only).

Reporting

Use Report it on a public item page if something looks prohibited, scammy, or offensive. Superadmins can hide a listing or suspend a seller. Reporting is not estate approval.
