Mindy Market is a place to list household items and receive offers from nearby buyers. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What this service is

• A catalogue and offer inbox for local household sales.
• Sellers start with Free and can buy a paid package for a fixed period.
• Free listing access is tied to one seller account, one WhatsApp number and one claimed estate unit. Do not reuse another person's details to create another account.
• Buyers browse without an account and send offers with a WhatsApp number.

What this service is not

• We do not verify that users live in a particular estate or building.
• We do not guarantee items, buyers, or sellers.
• We do not process payments between buyers and sellers.
• We do not arrange delivery, escrow, or dispute outcomes.
• We do not endorse The Jade, Balwin, or any estate management.

Seller duties

• List only items you may sell. Follow the prohibited categories on the Safety page.
• Keep availability honest. Mark sold or archive when an item is gone.
• Contact buyers on WhatsApp yourselves. Decide whom to meet and where.

Buyer duties

• Inspect before you pay. Meet in a safe place.
• Never share banking passwords or one-time pins with anyone claiming to help.
• Arrange collection directly with the seller.

Packages and payments

Package fees pay for a selling window on Mindy Market. They are not payment for goods. Package terms are saved at purchase. New package versions do not change an existing purchase or listing.

Suspension

We may hide a listing or suspend a seller for abuse, prohibited goods, or safety risk. Seller dashboards and history are retained under the privacy rules.
